Not only are the flower arrangements stunning but the communication and delivery flawless. I appreciate Mercy’s flexibility and her willingness to go above and beyond. I also greatly appreciate the delivery charge being significantly less than the other florists in Alexandria which I believe is a reflection of Mercy’s passion for creating beautiful arrangements and bringing joy to others. They contacted me early to let me know they’d be subbing out some flowers (which is common, but often other florists haven’t let me know if advance) AND sent me a photo of the completed bouquet (which was gorgeous) AND let me know about the delivery. For a same-day bouquet especially, this was outstanding! What was delivered was similar to the original photo and absolutely beautiful and my friend loved it. Very efficient service, reasonably priced, and the recipient was very happy with the product.
